Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are a safe and affordable treatment that can help restore a more youthful facial appearance.

Instant acting- results can be visible by the end of a 30-minute treatment session – dermal fillers can help to smooth fine lines, wrinkles and other signs of ageing, but in a way that is subtle and natural looking.

They work by replacing the skin’s natural supply of hyaluronic acid which diminishes as we age. This leads to the skin becoming less firm, fine lines appearing and that youthful glow fading. We only use premium FDA approved facial fillers at The Cosmetic Skin Clinic to address the signs of ageing.

Dermal Fillers Treatment

Hyaluronic acid (HA) gel is skillfully injected into targeted areas by a trained cosmetic medical practitioner. Areas that are suitable for treatment include the cheeks, lips, eyes (tear trough), mouth, chin, neck and hands.

In some cases, best results can be achieved through a combination of treatment. For instance, dermal fillers to add lift and re-contour the face, muscle relaxants to help smooth fine lines and wrinkles, and HIFU to underpin the face. This boosts the skin’s laxity by lifting and tightening the skin.

  • Lifts Saggy Skin
  • Helps Migraines & Excessive Sweating

WHO ARE ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS FOR?

Lines and wrinkles appear over the years from using our facial muscles for expression, for examples to laugh, smile or frown. The skin overlying these muscles becomes creased.

As we get older, changes to our skin through the ageing process cause these creases such as forehead lines, frown lines, smile lines and crows feet which become permanent and visible on our face. Anti-wrinkle injections are for clients who want to reduce and fill in the appearance of fine lines to give a more smooth and youthful look.

Anti-wrinkle injections are also for clients who are suffering from migraines.

Anti-wrinkle injections help migraines as it relaxes the muscles in the face which helps with the pain.

Hyperhidrosis is the medical term for excessive sweating which can be reduced and treated with anti-wrinkle injections as it paralyzes the sweat glands and stops excessive sweating in the underarms, palms and other areas.

Skin peeling

Our chemical peels exfoliate your skin to reveal a brighter, refreshed complexion. By stimulating new skin growth, peels soften fine lines, rebuild collagen, and create a lighter skin appearance.

Our skilled doctors will blend a custom peel based on your unique skin type and needs, and they may recommend a single treatment or multiple treatments.

  • Rough or dry skin
  • Dull complexion
  • Uneven skin texture
  • Sun-damaged skin
  • Acne scarring
  • Rosacea skin changes

How our chemical peels work

They begin each appointment by carefully examining your skin to determine the best type of chemical peel to meet your individual needs.

Next, using a technique called dermaplaning, the doctor exfoliates eight to 10 layers of skin cells from your face. She then gently applies a liquid peeling agent, which remains on the skin for 30 seconds to two minutes, depending on your skin type.

After the treatment, the doctor cleans your pores and applies a calming mask, followed by moisturizer and sunblock.

Our skin care experts will then provide you with an individualized skin care regimen to maintain and improve your glowing skin.
